Membership is open to all over the age of 12. For those who are new to bowls, or who wish to hone newly acquired skills. Four, 2-hours coaching sessions are included in your membership which, for your first year, is discounted.

Full membership gives you access to the green and clubhouse at any time when play is permitted, which is from 8am to dusk on most days; from noon on days when there is green maintenance.

As a full member you can book rink time for individual or joint practice sessions via our online rink diary. Players can also join organised roll-ups, take part in friendly matches and club events as well as enter internal, local, county, and national competitions.

Membership Fees are currently £87 a year (£45 in your first year). For those living outside of the Old Basing and Lychpit parish there is also an £8 levy imposed by the parish council (because maintenance costs are subsidised by the council out of parish funds paid for by residents).

There is also a social membership category which is £8 a year, ideal for non-playing partners!
